Band Night - Friday 27th January at the Town & Country Club. We have booked Herding Cats and Timeless, Rachel on digereedoo and Biff to tell a story. Candles - Yvonne and James to find. Take turns on the door. Bob says Opharian might be booked for a future night.
Garden. Following the enclosure of the Kevis garden by the Great Fence it is felt that a gradual withdrawl may be in order. Attempts will be made to get more involvment from Kevis. Meanwhile the opportunity at Charles Steet is developing. ELDC want a management plan. Support from Louth in Bloom and Grimsby Green Futures to be investigated. It may be possible to create more raised beds like those in the Gatherums for Spout Yard and the paving outside Cafe Rico.
Apple Day - advanced notice from Terry and the WI who are promoting an Aplle Day in Louth in October 2012.
Film Night - Vanishing of the Bees and Power for Community at Trinity Centre, Friday 20th January. Helpers by 6.30 please. (Post script - this turned out very successful with about 70 people attending and £38 raised in the donations pot.)
LEAF - Local Energy Assessment Fund. James to send off application for funding this project.
FairTrade Town - FairTrade Fortnight, 7th February, to be marked in Louth by a walk in Hubbards Hills.
